Financial Coach and Founder

Damian

I know what it’s like to grow up in scarcity. As the youngest of five, I watched money struggles define our home. At eighteen, when my mom lost her job, the weight of our household landed on me. That moment forced me to break the cycle—I learned how to manage money, budget, and build a different future.

Years later, at Freedom Park, running four miles became the turning point. Each mile, I was coaching myself forward, hearing God remind me: keep going, even if you have to crawl. That run taught me the same lesson I bring to coaching—financial freedom isn’t about never falling; it’s about refusing to stop.

Our unique programs, including the transformative 8-week ‘Rhythm to Financial Finish Line’, focus on fostering confidence and sustainable growth. We believe in a holistic approach to financial health, intertwining spiritual and personal development alongside financial literacy.

Personal Mission Statement

Born out of a four-mile run at Freedom Park—where I learned that even at a dead end, God was showing me it wasn’t the end for me—my mission is to empower people to break free from financial survival mode and step into a life of freedom. I guide others mile by mile: evaluating where they are, grieving what’s been lost, building a new identity, and living out their purpose. I help people take control of their money with courage and clarity so they can cross their own finish line—running or crawling—with 100 percent effort, faith, and hope.

Personal Vision Statement

I see a future where no one feels trapped by their past or their paycheck. Just like that fork in the road at Freedom Park, I believe every person can choose a path beyond dead ends. I envision individuals and families breaking cycles of financial struggle, rewriting their story, and living with purpose, strength, and abundance. My vision is to raise up stewards—people who invest in what matters most, lead with faith, and create ripples of change that build stronger families, thriving communities, and a legacy of freedom that outlives them.
